RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Each Good Standing garment is made to order. Because items are produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or a change of mind.
Please review the product description, available colors, and size chart carefully before placing your order.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us at hello@goodstandingclub.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the issue. Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when the item qualifies.
You do not need to return a damaged or defective item unless we specifically ask you to do so.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@goodstandingclub.com.
We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests made before production begins. Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
SIZE & COLOR SELECTION
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges when the correct product was received but a different size or color is preferred. Please use the size chart provided in the product images before ordering.
LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If tracking indicates that your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address may not qualify for a free replacement or full refund.
REFUNDS
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary by bank or payment provider.
